Responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Monitor, maintain and expand on servicing present healthcare customer groups (i.e. pharmaceutical and medical devices Principals)

  • Enhance existing customers’ relationships at both local and regional levels are maintained in accordance to established company policies

  • Undertake Client Contract Management responsibilities and ensure established customer contractual agreements are met

  • Engage in problem solving for customers when commercial issues surface

  • Coordinate efforts with other departments on holistic service delivery for customers

  • Work closely and liaise with Business Development Unit on servicing current clients and winning new accounts

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Vertical Head.


Ideal candidate would be:


  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

  • 6-8 years’ experience in Account Management in a Healthcare Logistics setting

  • Prior experience in handling large Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Principals accounts preferred

  • 3 years’ experience in leading an accounts management/contract management office

  • Strong time management, project management and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work well with cross-divisional teams and at all levels of the organization
