Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Monitor, maintain and expand on servicing present healthcare customer groups (i.e. pharmaceutical and medical devices Principals)

Enhance existing customers’ relationships at both local and regional levels are maintained in accordance to established company policies

Undertake Client Contract Management responsibilities and ensure established customer contractual agreements are met

Engage in problem solving for customers when commercial issues surface
-
Coordinate efforts with other departments on holistic service delivery for customers
-
Work closely and liaise with Business Development Unit on servicing current clients and winning new accounts
-
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Vertical Head.
Ideal candidate would be:
-
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
-
6-8 years’ experience in Account Management in a Healthcare Logistics setting
-
Prior experience in handling large Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Principals accounts preferred
-
3 years’ experience in leading an accounts management/contract management office
-
Strong time management, project management and interpersonal skills
-
Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work well with cross-divisional teams and at all levels of the organization
