Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Participate and contribute in resolving process-related quality issues

  • Lead the team in meeting daily production schedule, UPH standards and uptime goals

  • Responsible for meeting customers delivery schedules

  • Lead the team in meeting total product cycle time

  • Lead the team to meet yield and scrap targets

  • Lead in controlling operating cost to meet budget targets

  • Participate actively and provide resource to support new program builds  and launch

  • Support business initiatives

  • Ensure system compliance, timely output and delivery, cost improvement, CIP, etc.

  • Accountable in meeting Operational Effectiveness (OE) / FTQ goals

  • Any other special projects or tasks assigned by immediate supervisor


Ideal candidate would be:


  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes, e.g. DMS/DBS or equivalent

  • Problem solving and decision making ability

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be an added advantage
